Who I am

I’m a product designer who finds where people’s work gets stuck and designs the bottleneck away.

I started my design career as an in 2016. In that discipline, every detail matters, because a small problem in someone’s hands can disrupt the whole experience. That’s where I learned to take design seriously.

Then designing screens won me over. Results showed up on day one, and I could test ideas with people and get feedback without waiting. And the work reached far more people than a product waiting for production. Later on, I took a Master’s in Interaction Design in 2022, and industrial design came with me. It still does: the scenes and other details on this site are 3D models I made in Blender.

Both disciplines taught me the same thing: design for what people need to get done, across the whole journey, not just for looks. Studying in three countries and designing for hospitals, newsrooms and internal teams made me at home in all kinds of workplaces. I enjoy finding out what each team expects, then designing for it.

How I work

Since 2024, I’ve done that as the only designer on seven B2B products at Dailymotion. Sales and support teams, newsroom editors and publishers in Europe and Australia use them.

  • I start with the people doing the work

The brief rarely shows where people get stuck, so I go and see it first-hand. Before pitching the Customer Onboarding HubA pricing-to-delivery platform, from questionnaire to project plan.Case study→ (opens in a new tab), I ran onboarding by hand for 15+ customers. When we deliver to clients, I work first-hand with their developers, product managers and designers across Europe.

  • I sketch on paper, then prove it in a prototype

Every design starts on big sheets of paper: notes, ideas and the flow, drawn freely until the interaction holds up. Then I build a working front end with AI, because a prototype shows the edge cases a picture hides. Customer Success Managers tested Video Migration HubAn internal tool that moves a new customer's videos from YouTube, Vimeo or Facebook into Dailymotion.Case study→ (opens in a new tab) this way, and editors tested Video InjectorDailymotion's video plugin for finding and embedding the right video inside a newsroom CMS.Case study→ (opens in a new tab). Each round makes the next version better.

  • I build systems for problems that repeat

When the same problem keeps coming back, a tool fixes it better than another round by hand. UX Copy Wizard checks our product texts against our writing rules and product facts, and suggests fixes. In Vertical Video ProductDailymotion's swipeable video player for publishers.Case study→ (opens in a new tab), a layout library lets each new publisher start from ready-made layouts.

Next, I’d like to bring this way of working to complex, high-traffic products, where every small improvement reaches more people.

Key impact

  • 01 · Customer Onboarding HubQuote to project plan: 8+ hours → under 10 minutesI designed it so one questionnaire builds the quote, timeline and project plan. Tested twice with sales. The backend is documented, not built.→
  • 02 · Video Migration HubMigration error tickets: 6 a week → 0I redesigned it in 4 weeks. Teams now set up migrations themselves in under 10 minutes: 300k+ videos moved, 100+ people trained.→
  • 03 · Video InjectorPlugin support tickets: 10+ a month → under 1I redesigned it for the 300 journalists who use it daily, across 100+ news mastheads. The client then signed for a second product.→
  • 04 · Vertical Video ProductPublisher delivery: 2+ weeks → about 1I took seven publishers’ custom players from their design files to handover. They now reach 500k+ views a month.→
  • 05 · UX Copy WizardWrong product claims: 14 → 0There was too much text to check by hand, so I built an AI copy system. It closed 34 wording issues across 13 screens and protects 1,293 texts.→
